How to use it
- When an agent submits a Working Memory fact over MCP, the claim is written to a pending vault document (no Proposals file with a diff is created).
- Open the Command Center Proposal Queue. Pending facts appear with a “Memory fact” chip; the title is the claim summary, and the detail pane shows the full claim, source session, time, and why.
- Approve merges the fact into the recorded-fact ledger and removes it from pending. Reject only removes it from pending — approved facts are untouched.
- Ordinary Markdown proposals still show a side-by-side diff. Both kinds share
j/k/a/rkeyboard navigation and batch actions. - The sidebar Working Memory panel’s “Awaiting approval” tab is guidance-only: “N pending facts are in the Proposal Queue” plus a jump button. Approve / reject controls were removed from the Working Memory panel.
- Approving a fact also triggers a Mycelium Moment, with connection count honestly set to 1. Undo for fact approvals restores the two-file snapshot — it does not use git revert.
For risk tiers, low-risk auto-approve, and circuit breakers, see Governance.

This is a real Markdown proposal diff. A dedicated shot of the “Memory fact” chip mixed with Markdown proposals is still pending capture.
