How to use it
- Open Knowledge → Needs Review from the sidebar.
- Review eight groups: Praxis, Likely broken links, Resource missing, Future notes, Orphans, Overdue, Quarantined, and L1 candidates.
- Broken-link style groups list one row per unresolved occurrence so you can jump back to the source note.
- Orphans are knowledge notes with no outgoing and no incoming links. System folders (Proposals, Changesets, Reflect reports, and similar) are excluded so the care queue does not pollute itself.
- Large groups collapse by default; use Show more to page through (default batch size: 8).
- Only when all eight groups are 0 does the “Vault is clean now” empty state appear. If health score is low while the queue still has items, Mycel lists the work honestly instead of pretending the vault is tidy.
Semantic index and reviewable suggestions
After you enable semantic search, saving Settings immediately starts any index that is not built yet. Whether you use the bundled or a local engine, Settings shows build progress and ready note count. Reflect can then spot stale, low-confidence, or under-linked notes — but it only produces reviewable suggestions. It never rewrites Markdown outside the Proposal Queue.
