Enterprise audit export

Commercial seats export an AI governance ledger in one click for internal audit — proposal history, redacted interaction stats, and lifecycle changes, with SHA-256 checksums.

How to use it

  1. Confirm the current license is a commercial SKU (plan: commercial). Personal Pro Settings do not show this entry; local data is unaffected.
  2. Open Settings, scroll to the Enterprise section, and click Export audit ledger.
  3. Export defaults to the last 90 days of governance records. When it finishes, a toast shows the output directory path.
  4. The pack is a trio: a Markdown report (human summary), a JSON detail (machine-readable), and a checksum file (SHA-256 so you can verify MD/JSON were not tampered with).
  5. The report has three sections: (1) AI proposal history (diff summary, approval outcome, provenance); (2) interaction stats (aggregate numbers only, redacted — no prompt text); (3) lifecycle change log (confidence, review-required, and related field changes).
  6. An empty vault or an empty time window still writes files with a “no records” section — it does not crash.

Commercial seat pricing and business purchase flow are on the Pricing page under Team / Commercial. This feature does not ship a live audit dashboard or multi-approver fields.
